I get a problem on my PC(XP) headed

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

and then the message

Program:C:\ProgramFiles\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe.

The PC has several users,and this message happens when my son tries to log on.If I change users back to mine,there is no problem in logging on.

Any ideas what could be causing the problem and how it can be rectified?

try re-installing internet explorer:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/default.ms px

that should sort it, i hope.
