Oh and there is no arabic letter for V - the alternative is to use the Farsi (=Persian) letter which I think is a 'fe' with three dots on top instead of two.
AND since she (V) was a Queen of a lot of that part, historically there will be an agreed transliteration.
The final 'a' will almost certainly be a tay-marbuta because that's a feminine ending.

well I put in Queen Victoria and it came out as
malika fktura
which looks OK - i would still employ a professional
the letters are fe - kaf - tay - waw - ra - tay marbuta
but remember the letters have compulsory initial,medial and final forms. That is, it is always joined up and the joins and breaks are absolutely dictated.
