I am in a job that pays 10p above the minimum wage. I have been told that i would be eligible for council tax benefit or rebate, if so how much would this be reduced by or what circumstances do they take into consideration and could i get it back dated?

go along to your local citizens' advice bureau - they can do a benefit check for you and help you claim this and any other benefits you may be entitled to.
