Ebay Order

I have not received my ebay order,it was posted on the 26th Nov, according to the seller it should take 7-14 working days for me to receive it. I've been in touch with the seller but have not heard back from them. What should I do now?

I didn't check the post mark but as it came from Hong kong I dont think it was rushed to me since I made the complaint.

Boxtops, I'm in the RC now but I don't know what to do next! It says the case is still open. how do I close it?

The post is terrible at the moment, I have just got a small parcel that took 17 days to come 25 miles.

There is a box to click that says ' take action' then > 'Close Case' click on that, then it says 'have you recieved the item ?' and an option 'Yes' or 'No'. Click on 'yes' that is it case closed.

I cant find it EDDIES!!!!!!!!! I've replied to ebays and PP emails they sent to my email address and let them know it was sorted but I've have had no reply, just an (automated one)

Ahhh, I didn't realise it was coming from Hong Kong. Not an overly excessive length of time this time of year I would say then.
Eddies5, think it's pot luck on the sorting office / delivery office concerned, & their weather. I bought something from eBay on 20 December, thought there wasn't a chance I'd get it before Xmas, 'specially with free p&p (usually 2nd) - got it the next morning !

Just an up-date............I got my order, I sent a message back on the 27th to the seller to say I got the order but, the next day on the 28th, the supplier sent me an email to say that they refunded me! I messaged back to the seller and PP that I dont know how to refund a refund, but I haven't heard from either of them, what do I do now?
