What is the least used letter in the Alphabet? Obvious canidates are J,Q,X,Z but which is it?

I've seen frequency tables of letters that say it's Q and others that say Z. Perhaps it depends on the dialect of English.

I'm in no way an expert, but I just read Waterwolf's answer, and I can't help feeling it's X... We must use it more than Z, mustn't we?

I've only ever seen frequency lists which put Z last. The exact order varies, but the first frequency list I ever came across (when I was 8) was ETAON RISH DLF CMUGY PWB VKX JQZ.
