Just got myself some tomato soup with some wafer thin chicken in a wrap with salad.
Got some teacakes I can toast later if I'm still hungry. Treated myself to a chocolate croissant for lunch earlier though (don't usually do lunch on weekends) while I was sat with a coffee and a book in a coffeeshop.
Well, what ratter15 and I actually had was: Pork steaks thickly covered in fresh crushed garlic & course ground black pepper, left to marinate and then sprinkled with a thick balsamic vinegar and grilled. Dry roasted peppers (3 different kinds) & leeks (again with a little balsamic vinegar) mixed with rice and peas & onion, green beans and baby carrots tossed in garlic. And it was lovely! Not t all like diet food! :o)
