Device Scree Resolution Emulator

I'm looking to be able to check web pages for issues/compatability with all sorts of devices and resolutions etc.

I know that i can do it online with various sites but the ones i have found are for live pages, I want to check sites/ files I develop locally on my PC before I put them online

anything out there I can try ?

When I want to test an app at a different resolution, I just change the settings of my second monitor, and run the app on that.

That wont really work for lower res devices like phones and some tablets on my screens which are native 16080x1050, I need to see the design in actual size

I need something that will emulate on the fly at the click of a mouse so I can see if the fluid design is working.

might just have to put them live online and use the online emulators
