Can I Freeze This?

....it's a topping to go over spinach and feta canelloni. It's just tinned tomatoes, olives, capers and seasoning. I want to make a larger quantity so I can freeze some. Thank you.

Yes it will be fine. If you couldn't freeze a lot of things the shops would be empty. LOL.

yes you can freeze it - on defrosting the tinned toms may seperate a little but a stir will bring it all back together again.
