Dot makes a good point. Track it online and then tell Virgin you can forward a copy of this to them which shows you have not yet had it. Sod them investigating it. Why should you have to wait around for someone elses mistake.
I had been tracking it since this morning the last stat was " data no parcel" which led me to ring virgin who then phoned yodel and yodel told virgin it had been lost
virgin are sending out another phone on saturday I wont be waiting in for it though it it does'nt arrive while im in they can bring it back monday, tuesday, wednesday of whatever day they happen to catch me in.
Well I'm glad they're sending you a new one, although they should be sending it next day. Hopefully if you're not in they will be able to leave it with a neighbor.
I've had bad dealings with Yodel in the past too.
think I will steer clear of anything that yodel delivers I had heard bad things about them before but didnt realise virgin uses them as their courier service, just as well I didnt have to pay for the delivery
