Printer Error

I have an HP all in one printer. I tried to delete a document but for some reason it appears to have stuck on "deleting". i.e. machine says deleting but nothing is happening. It allowed me to delete the documents following in the queue. I cannot print anything until I can clear this document. Can anyone help?

Try unplugging the printer connection to the pc, then if offending file is still in print queue, try another delete, then re-attach printer cable.

Try restarting your system and check what the status of the queue. You might also want to power down and restart the printer.

If the document is still in the queue after power on try deleting it again.
