I wouldn't. I bought one thinking it would be healthy. It cost a fortune in fruit and was a bugger to clean every time i used it - you have to take the whole damn thing apart to get all the goop out of it.
I have a Russell Hobbs "Marco Pierre White" jug style blender. It is brilliant and not difficult to clean at all. I also have a Jack le Lanne Juicer which is a bugger to clean and very wasteful of the pulp from the fruit. The first one does not waste anything at all. Look ion Argos site on the computer and you will see many.
Just put some water in it and give it a whirl. Empty the water out and it's done. Anything that may have been oily means you only need hot water and a drop of washing up liquid and then give it a whirl.
