the whites of my eyes are offwhite,why?

hi there,looking at my gf eyes the other day her whites in her eyes are sparkling.where as as mine look dull and they have a yellowish tinge to them.im 37 dont smoke and iam a moderate drinker.could the problem be due to using the pc and having it too bright,cheers dave

Age is one thing. Also your overall coloring and eye color. People with darker skin &/or brown eyes have yellower "whites."

yellowing of the eyes are one of the signs of jaundice, although if you otherwise feel healthy this is unlikely to be the cause. Have your GP check you out though to be on the safe side.

start drinking dandilion tea and taking milk thistle..you can also take eyebright tablets from holland a nd barratt..i have a tint to my glasses for using the computer it takes the glare off your eyes..
