My boy has been sneezing for a few days now, although it's less a flu type sneeze and more like an irritation. I've Googled it and it says not to worry if he is fine in other ways, which he is, but I can't help thinking about it as he is nearly four and he has never had anything even remotely this before.

He has had all his jabs and is otherwise healthy and happy. Has anyone ever had anything similar with their cat?

Have you changed anything recently? My old cat wouldn't lie on his blanket in his bed after I had washed it in a different soap powder (also my OH couldn't wear a shirt I'd just washed in the same powder!)and had to change back to the original soap. Hope you find out what's causing the sneezing - hay fever?
You haven't any Easter Lilies displayed in the house? I think there was a story in the paper that the pollen from these is harmful to cats.
sounds like an allergy to something..what's changed in the house since it started ?
Ours sneeze if they get whiskers or seeds up their noses

I know about the lillies Sandy, that's one of the reasons we stopped buying them, but my other half has put flowers I bought her in a vase recently, probably about the same time Max started sneezing.

Will get rid of them and see if he improves.
Hi, just a thought, a few years back my cat was sneezing a lot. We took him to the vet and it turned out that he had a tooth infection. He had antibiotics and as soon as it cleared up he stopped sneezing.
