Exams and work/sleep
3 Answers
My son is taking some exams at the moment, the thing is he works nights and can't get nights off when some of his daytime exams are due, he gets home and sleeps for a couple of hours and then wakes up to get ready to go for the exam - Question, should we wake him up gently and keep him relaxed and in a ''good mood'' or should we wake him roughly and annoy him /argue with him etc.. and get him in a ''bad mood'' Anyone suggest which would put him in the best situation to take an exam mentally??

I would suggest a 'boogie breakfast'. wake him with music and dancing and jollilty, make him laugh, make him feel confident and happy, or perhaps play comedy videos at breakfast.
you could even get him a series of small gifts to give him every morning before his exams - to lift his spirits
