Cassie was meeting up with a guy behind Ric's back(her counselling partner who she'd been put with to talk to outside of counselling sessions). Ric found out that she lied where she'd been one night and then saw a text from him on her phone and thought she was cheating on him. He followed her when she next went to meet him and punched the guy. Ric then stormed off. Cassie is now in a mood with him for not trusting her and Ric is in a mood with her for lieing to him!
