i have chips in the actifry,onions cooking and the choritzo half eaten,yummy
I cringe every time I hear someone say "chorizo" as if it has a "t" in the middle. The "z" is pronounced like the "th" in "thought". End of story.
Ok OK I am the Ibiza Ed I live in Spain and WE DO NOT EVER PEEL CHORIZO, we eat it raw and cooked with the skin on, fair do's we do have to spit the skin out most times, but we leave it on to cook, and also never keep them in the fridge, they should hang in the kitchen and even if they show mould it is fine!
