Getting Married

Hello,M name is Tamer Qtaish Originally German, I have been here since around 2 months, Work as a PHP developer for a respectful IT company...

I started with these details to explain my question:
Well my fiance and I are been trying to get married since the last 2 years, originally we met at Jordan, she is originally Jordanian and by law we can't get married there unless her father consent which never happened, finally after a lot of pain and abuse she decided to go to the states for study, so she did and the idea was for me to get a job there which didn't happen and get married there, now I am facing the same problem but without she being in the country so
A I need to be able to get her into the country legally and
B hopefully finally get married so we can start our lives together, would appreciate any help or advice or at least pointing me to the right direction

Why not marry her in America and take it from there?

good point, bednobs - could she not get a job here and come in legitimately, as you have?

I will answer the questions,
First of all I can't take days of at my first couple of months,
Yes we could marry at Germany but i was hoping to find a way we can do it through here,
Yes if she gets a job she could move here but she would need a visa, something I didn't need as I am a EU citizen
