Madeley's Furniture Ads In Devon

I watched Madeley's ads on TV every year in Devon, but haven't been able to find any references online and wondering if anyone else remembers them from about the 70s-80s, and whether the owner who presented them all was connected with Richard Madeley as I can't remember either. It was on Westward and the company who took over after them.

Thanks everyone, I'd asked someone I know in Devon if she remembered them and she didn't, and I remember the football connection now. Oddly Wiki says he worked for the family sports shop
"After retiring Madeley set invested a shop in Leeds selling sports goods and worked for his family's DIY business"
but they did have people as well as him shouting Madeley's from what I remember, but glad to have revived a few memories. Now I've got his name I should be able to find an official reference.
