I love looking at your photos andy, and your babies are gorgeous!

Now, looking at the fourth pic down the very large one on the right hand side looks as though the colour is pure gold. Is this a trick of the light or is it indeed this stunning shade?

Really beautiful! You must be a very proud 'dad'!

Tis indeed pure gold....and he's the tamest in the pond....i can actually pick this one up out of the water !!!
Even though they are all different sizes it looks like they all get on together as well, no jostling for position. I honestly didn't realise fish could become tame either. Thanks andy for letting us look at these beautiful creatures - I shall look at fish in a whole new light now.
You had better keep an eye on them if they start getting too active , the Japanese use them as indicators for earthquakes, some time before an earthquake hits they start getting really agitated, if yours do this better get outside and away from tall buildings!
You must be thrilled to see them all thriving. Just hope they're well protected from all the predatory herons which go pond crawling around our way.
