Nose Strips

Do nose strips work? I am sceptical but my partner is insisting I do something about my snoring. Also during the day my nostril feels blocked and my intake of air seems restricted.

i have tried the nose strips they did'nt help me much they just felt tight across my nose, but i then used sudafed nasal spray which cleared my blocked nose and stopped my snoring.

I bought those strips for my husband but they didn't work well enough to keep the noise down.
