Big department stores like John Lewis.

They are great when you have lots of people round for dinner.
I loved my h trolley...but gave it away when we downsized as didn't have the room and I don't really party so much now....gave it to a day care centre for the elderly..they were overjoyed so it has a good home...
I bought one in 1972 and thought , then, that it was the height of sophistication. Used it twice and hated it. The food didn't taste good and so I gave it away to a charity. Couldn't even sell the bl***y thing. It also took up quite a lot of space. If you're thinking of getting one, good luck. Maybe you'll have more success with yours than I did with mine.
I only had mine for keeping stuff hot at party time and BBQ`s Jan...mind you it always emptied quickly....wee piggies...lol
have you tried your local freecycle group?
Unless one is frequently entertaining I think it's a waste of money, and also storage space.

Thanks for ur views, much appreciated
i have seen heated serving dishes (like the top rack on a trolley) in my local b and M barains. I think it was about £25. I remember thinking at the time how handy it would be for hot food on a buffet.
I love my hostess trolley. Big get togethers like Christmas dinner are so easy with it!
i have one, i think we used it maybe 10 times in 20 years.
Why don't they do a Host Trolley ?

Sexual discrimination.
My daughter's mother-in-law has had a hostess trolley for years and my daughter raves about it.
Argos or Amazon have them from about £45 - over £220 for a cupboard style. They are good idea, especially if you have people coming in different times or entertain alot
