You anticipate and expect an OTT bellowing guffaws and roars of laughter. A modern day Falstaff with a larger than life beard.
I thought his challenging Gerry Adams to fisticuffs was highly entertaining, as was his "Gordon's Alive!" line - was half expecting Queens "Flash" to accompany hin :)

I have just watched the recording I made of it and OMG...I had to switch off. I agree with tamarisk...and then I have to add I feel sure he's not mentally stable...jeez...what on earth is he on (even Ian mentioned that jokingly). Such a shame he was there to IMO ruin a good programme that I watch every week. I know we can't all have what we want but for me...he's furthest from what I want as a guest presenter on this oft times funny programme.
Em I agree in lots of your posts but can't on this one...purely opinion though. I hate bluster and shouting, doesn't work for me so I guess on this we have to agree to disagree (lol). Just cannot stand the man as he is now, he never used to be like this so I don't know what has changed ('cept his ego?).
