...sorry, transferred from Q & P:

I'm trying to transfer some music from itunes on to an external microSD card for my new MP3 player. I've inserted the micro card into a mini SD card and put that into a USB port, and dragged the files I wanted; but can't see what to do next. 'Burn' just opens the CD drawer. I thought perhaps it had worked anyway, but the player says 'empty' when I open the external card. However, on the computer it seems to be saying that the card has no space left, and there's a message in the manual 'only drag and drop if you have write permission for the SD card'. Added to which I can't get the microSD card out of the player....I'm flummoxed. Any help would be very welcome.

When you say you've put the mini ad card into a USB, do you mean you've slotted into the port on your computer? I also can't understand how you say you've done this and then say you can't get it out of the player.
Sd not ad

Thanks Chuck, I'll try that.
Zacs-Master, I've taken the microSD out of the miniSD card adaptor (which was in the USB port) and inserted it into the MP3 player. I can't now get it out of the player, probably because my nails aren't long enough to get a reasonable grip on it. I thought that pushing it in might help in ejecting it, but no luck so far. Sorry not to have been clearer.

I've managed to eject it now, using the point of a biro. Hope it hasn't done any harm.
