i have an accident in my garden in which i tripped up smashed and broke my nose i had hospital treatment ie steri strips.would i be able to make a claim or isit not worth it.i tripped due to my right foot is numb due to a slipped disc.tiax

Have you got any personal accident insurance on your own household insurance policy? That's the only place you might be able to make a claim.
