Any Strange Personal Coincidences Happened To You..

I have just moved house and the loft was full of junk - one of the first things that i saw was a little house music box with a garage and a car in the garage - I took the car out and its the same as my classic car - same model / same colour (light blue metallic) & soft top too.
No problem just thought a bit unusual then......
I came across a newspaper with the same date as my birthday (not the correct year - the newspaper was 1969).
Have you had strange coincidences?

Sounds like wonderful junk, quoi - don't bin it, some of that sounds like collectors' items!

ha boxtops - all very sixties - boxes of old 45's i have to go through to see if anything interesting.

Many years after I'd left home, the phone was ringing - I picked it up and quite automatically answered with my childhood phone number. It was my dad on the line - he was dumbfounded.

Several major events in my (long) life have happened when the year ended in a 4:
1944 - started school.
1954 - finished school.
1964 - got married.
1974 - gave up factory work and enrolled on college course (it didn't work out, so it was back to the factory).
1984 - changed employer.
1994 - moved into present house.
2004 - retired from employment.
Roll on 2014! I can hardly wait to find out what 2014 brings!

Last year it was my mother's 70th birthday. I was in China my brother was in Zurich and my sister was in South Africa. We all sent her an identical Birthday card, and said we'd sent her 'a little something' until we got home, we each unbeknowing to the other sent her a pashmina, mine in cornfower blue, my brother in Lavender and my sister in Hyacinthe. When we came home and had a party for her, we again gave her a proper gift, without telling each other we'd all bought her a Chanel no5 perfume, and EDT spray boxed, and a pair of diamond stud earrings!
