Ipad Used Away From Home
My home internet is provided by Sky, and therefore I can use Sky for getting internet access through many cafes, pubs etc. across the land using Sky WiFi, as my wife can on her iPad. Just wondered though, do I remember that Apple has something similar to this where you can get wifi 'for free' or am I wrong? We are going touring by caravan this summer and I wonder how she will get her FaceBook/eBay fixes etc. Any ideas please?

You don't have to actually watch the ads but you do get 3.5mb for each one viewed. You can build up your mbs before you go away. I do this and keep topping up as I need to. You can also pay for the mbs but they only last for 30 days, same as other sims. However, the ad mbs don't have a use by date.
This is a great way to free access if you don't mind the ads.

Woofgang thanks for answering. I did check the website but couldn't find anything. I even emailed them and didn't understand the answer and neither did anyone else:-( BTW it wasn't something simple like Yes, you can use so and so FOC.
Mikey those BT addys you mention came up on my laptop last time I was away. Neither had the locked symbol next to them but I thought I might run up a large bill if I used them.
Wish I knew somebody else who uses TalkTalk. If I haven't found out by the next time I go on holiday I'll phone them and see if I end up any wiser.
