Mine are
smoked salmon and philadelphia cream cheese
tinned red salmon and lots of cucumber
tuna and red onion rings
a fried egg sandwich.

If we're talking Subway, it has to be a 6 inch Italian BMT on hearty Italian bread with cheese, lots of red onions and topped with sweet onion sauce!
