i;m 48yrs old,i,ve been a home care assistant for 14yrs,but would realy like to become a midwife,i.ve a great interest in pregnancy and child birth.i,ve got no qualifications or experience.where do i go from here,or if i,m not suitable to that any job in maternity would be interesting,please help

ps. when you get onto your course, search ebay for the reading material!! Much cheaper than buying from bookshops!
