Will The Police Never Learn ?
It seems that years after the Hillsboro disaster, the Steven Lawrence case and numerous others, the Police still manage to completely cock things up.
They just can't get away with things like this any more but it would appear they still stubbornly try :::

This lawyer was deliberately victimised. They took away privileged and sensitive case documents. If any of those subsequent cases were won by the police/prosecution there is grounds for an appeal.
Of course no one will be sacked or demoted for this wrong-doing and all compensation will come from the taxpayers.
