/// Mr Bailey, who stood unsuccessfully in Hammersmith, west London, as a Tory A-list candidate in the 2010 election, is understood to have clashed with colleagues and became so dispirited that he did not even turn up for work during one week last autumn. ///
Could this be one reason he was demoted, or could it be that 'His Friends' are trying to stir things up since Mr Bailey according to this section of a Guardian report, seems not particularly upset?
/// On Saturday Bailey tweeted that he did not criticise the prime minister for the way he was treated: "Regarding the Telegraph article I want to be clear I have no problem with the PM. He has always supported me." ///

/// In that case, aog, please appease the blue touch papers by explaining what prompted you to pick the story. ///
i don't think it is the 'Blue touch Papers' I have to appease, only the 'Red' ones.
But in answer to your question, may I also ask why is anyone prompted to pick any particular story?
/// And also explain what "It had to happen sometime" means? ///
It means exactly what it says "It had to happen sometime" why do you find that so important when it is just a headline and not the question I asked?
Which strangely no one has yet bothered to answer.

/// But what did "have to happen",aog? Please don't be reluctant to explain you words when the statement is not self-explanatory. ///
What are you on/ i have already answerd this, I cannot help it if you cannot seem to grasp things.
I repeat again for the slow learners.
*** Government positions are shuffled all the time, so why should this be any different? ***
*** It had to happen sometime. ***
Even if he hadn't been 'frozen-out', I don't think Mr Bailey would have been able to stay in that position, since don't we have an election every other five years?

I think you already know. But I will spell it out.
You are interested in news stories which revolve around race in various different capacities.
Your point in posting questions isn't to get answers, but to spark debate.
You are especially interested in stories which can, by your understanding of he world, prove preconditions that you have determined though your own experiences and/or experiences of others.
Incidentally, your answer to FredPuli43 was overly aggressive.
I advise you to look at New Judge's reasoned arguments and responses. You could learn a hell of a lot from him. His politics are similar to yours, but he is never attacked in the way that you are, because he answers questions fully and intelligently.
I'm sure you've seen his posts. They are quite excellently put.

/// Yes,aog, that is a starting glimpse of the obvious; government reshuffles occur all the time. ///
You say that "it is a glimpse of the obvious", yet this whole post has revolved around the fact that very few if any was previously able to see the 'obvious'.
/// Why then did you mention this movement? What is so interesting about it, that you mentioned it? ///
For the very same reason as the Telegraph/Guardian/Daily Mail/and BBC did, it is called 'NEWS', and since we are on the 'News Section', I considered it the best place to post it.
In the future, should I first ask if my selection of a particular news item is fitting enough to be placed on this site?

The question that intrigues, aog, is why this particular item of news was chosen by you, out of all the news stories there are.
Do you agree that what is interesting about it is that, what might be termed an experiment in introducing someone from an ethnic minority as an aide, has failed? That may be why it got any coverage at all.
