Red Spots ?

sudden eruption of itchy red spots today. midriff. ankles. back of knees. no change in detergents, toiletries. no new drugs. any ideas,? even if I am a retired ( early) nurse. I hope no one objects to me asking a medical question, TIA

If it was scabies you'd probably have a rash and itch on your hands too as they tend to burrow in between your fingers.
