I have checked my account settings in Outlook Express but when trying to send or receive mail I get the following message:-
There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was rejected. Account: 'pop.tools.sky.com', Server: 'pop.tools.sky.com', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR [AUTH] Incorrect username or password.', Port: 995, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92

If you continue to get problems, try deleting the account and then creating it again. That's worked for me (and for others that I've helped) on several occasions.
