....however, if you want to try to repair scratches - a much better product is Farecla Professional Scratch Remover - lots of positive feedback on Amazon.

No, I haven't - but a lot of people have reviewed it on Amazon - huge majority say it doesn't work!
I have and found it didn't do what it claimed to do. I think it depends on the depth of the scratch and if it is deep, then nothing will work, short of a full re-spray. Waste of money.

Thanks, gingejbee, I had seen the reviews on Amazon but wondered if any ABers had tried it. I will certainly think about Farecia (or Mr B will!).
Do not waste your money, if the scratch is a finger nail scratch, it will poilsh out, if it's down to the undercoat, add the touch up of the cars colour & keep polishing out.
Farecia recommended from me too. Obviously only if it is a light scratch, worth a try.
as a body shop the only way to remove a deep scratch properly is a complete repaint of the panel..If these pens worked we wouldnt get 1/2 the jobs we do and the insurance companies would insist on pens being used.
