bought and paid for an item from North Carolina on 30th april, ($57), the seller has not changed the status to despatched, i opened a case then closed it ten seconds later as i realised it was probably too early, now ebay say i can't reopen it, can't get a refund and should ring the local police and report the person.
They employ crazy people at that company don;t they?

Hi Society, that's just the point, they haven't entered any despatch info at all, in my purcahse history only the £ sign is blue!
i'm not pleased, the ebay woman 'Sarah' from 'the uk' said i should ring the seller or report them to the local police and ebay would provide as mush help as possible, I took that to mean they would not help at all

i can't open a case in pay pal's resolution centre either as it seems the one i opened and closed in ebay links to my paypal transaction and so that's not going to work either, i've messaged the seller again (3rd time) asking for the despatch details, it could be they have posted it and just not adjusted the ebay status against the order details, I told the ebay woman she had been no help whatsoever and that for her to suggest i ring the police in north carolina was ridiculous and an insult to the seller, she backtracked then/
