what's the best treatment for rough skin on elbows. Mine are really dry and sore and catch on my clothing.

Thank you for all your suggestions. It's mainly my left elbow. It looks discoloured also. people are always asking if I've hurt myself. Probably is caused by leaning on the computer desk. I shall let you know if any of your remedies work. Thankyou again. Cupid04.x
