I have a caution registered against my property which resulted from a bank account we had in Holland more than 15 years ago. The sols who dealt with it no longer trade and noone at the bank in holland has a record. How do I get it removed?

I think you should contact a Solicitor as you have to swear some affadavits . There is a document that is sent to the address of the "Cautioner" if they don't reply you can have it removed.
It may, I say may, be possible to do it yourself. Try contacting the land registry for info.
