Court Cost

Hi all,

During a court hearing, the other party was ordered to pay cost. So far,the order party has not complied. Can I complete an attachment of Earnings for and request for the court for an Order so that the money will be deducted from their salary?

It normally takes up to 14 days for costs to be paid; you should be talking to your Solicitor who will have all the information. Hopefully the other side is not a man of straw it may still be that some of the costs and disbursements are not recoverable.
