Keeping Files Open

I'm selling an item on several sites, but every time I add a picture to the description, I have to go back to My Pictures,>into the file> and then choose the new picture every time - is there a way of just keeping the picture file open?

can't you choose more than one picture at a time by holding down Control while you click on the ones you want?

No I dont think you can, because that file is being opened by the programme that is uploading it to that particular website.
