Could anyone suggest something to write in a birthday card? My wits always fail me and I just end up putting 'have a great day' or something equally boring. Boyfriend's birthday is tomorrow, then 2 friends' birthdays coming up next week - help!

Once I wrote inside my husband's card a list - 100 reasons why I love you - he really treasures it...and it's good to read it every now and then to remind me why I married him!

i have a friend who always fills the card with reasons she loves you, you are a truely beautiful person that i treasure as a friend etc etc. i love her cards because they are little ego boosts and now i always try to write more in cards, like she says you could just say happy birthday if your going to the effort of getting a card you might as well tell them why.
