anyone else use these internet providers, if so what are your thoughts.
I spent an hour trying to sort out a problem, couldn't log in, access e mail, nothing, the bloke tried to convince me it was me, the wireless router, not the server, bloody hopeless.

wasn't just e mail, that's the thing it was all of it, log into pc but couldnt access anything, so it must have been a server problem, but the guy just didn't buy that, or wasn't willing to say.

Oops em10, thought it was just the mail! I have no probs. elsewhere - I'm still using the ancient speedtouch router. Speed? It will always be slow whatever you do or pay. Broadband speed improvements are all lies. It's about where your local exchange is, are they up-to-speed and traffic volume.
