I bleach my toilet with Domestos, Harpic Power Buster, Domestos with bleach and so on. Are there any product you can buy that can make bathroom really pleasantly perfumed if you like and lingers on. Thanks for answers.

Zoflora, but it doesn't contain bleach but it is a disinfectant. You can buy the bottles and mix up with water or buy the spray version which is handy for everyday purposes. Lots of flowery fragrances and also a Xmas one.

Have that coccinelle but find it doesn't linger on. ta for reply anyway
It does linger if you make it up strong; my mother used to use the bottle version neat and it was really strong!
If you want something to linger then those smelly stick things will probably be best, or an oil burner. Anything you pour down the loo won't last long, it'll just get covered by the water.
I'm happy enough with basic, cheap bleach but I know people who but the Bloo liquid cleaners because they like the fragrance. They seem to be far cheaper in Iceland than in Tesco!

I agree with Cocc about the Zoflora, I use quite a strong mix (in a sprayer) and use that as an air fresher, it lingers well if you spray it onto curtains or fabric.
I'm not sure what smells you are trying to mask with air freshener etc, natural body functions or the stink of bleach????

Anyway, why not try an oil diffuser?

Why are you pouring all these alarming chemicals down the toilet - yes, you need to get it clean, but think of the damage to your health (not to mention the environment) from all the fumes etc - not to mention the cost.

It's all ridiculous overkill inspired by advertising.

I have a private sewage treatment plant (no mains drains) and need to keep my digesting bugs alive, so never use bleach or any of the other crap. I'm not aware that my toilet smells or is a danger to my health - occasional simple cleaning with biodegradable detergent is all it ever needs.
I agree with Dave. Open a window or use a natural oil diffuser, cut back on evil chemicals and seek out more natural less offensive cleansing products.
Beware the cistern tablets. Not all toilets cope well.
I have found Asda cheapest budget spray bathroom cleaner does what you want Connie
I agree with the zoflora option, Flowershop smells lovely, I make it up in an empty spray bottle and use it when I clean my floor. X
Agree with Dave, my friend has a cess pit and can't use any chemicals or bleach. Her lavatory is always spotless. I have a closed cistern so can't use cleaning tablets and would never use bleach. A good scrub does the job and I use an "Avon" room spray now and again just for the nice smell.
