I really like this genre, classical music done in a rock band, or rock (/good pop) done in a classical style. It really sits well in my ear, but I don't know that many. Any ideas?
Well, Rock you like a hurricane by the Scorpions and performed with the Berlin Philharmonic is quite good. There's also a convert by Led Zep with some orchestra (LMO I think), at the Albert hall.

Emerson, Lake & Palmer did a version of Mussorgsky's "Pictures at an Exhibition" which I rated.
The studio version is probably better than the live set I've posted.
