Aquarium Fish....................guppies? Would Anyone Know It A Pregnant

However she is going frantic to get out of it. And I am worried it will do her harm. The other two are constantly at the side or bottom of her tank trying to get to her. Should I leave her in there or take her out.? Many thanks

Boo is correct that they are prolific breeders and will harass a pregnant female... some times to death but usually lots of fin nipping.
The only real answer is to keep a single sex community. Most good fish shops should be willing to swap females for males etc with most people choosing to keep the males as they are the prettier of the two.
And yes, unless you are prepared to sit and wait for the female to give booth and move her to a breeding net, most fry will be breakfast. That said some will survive as long as there is plenty of hiding places for them [they will venture out when they know that are big enough.
