Do they have their own make up artists and hairdressers each night they work? they always look so perfect, and do they wear their own clother or do they get supplied ?

I'd imagine that clothing is not really an issue for a stripper!

It depends on the level of venue they are working.

A standard club will assume girls provide their own makeup and costumes, most girls do their own make-up anyway, they learn from experienced girls.

A really posh place may provide costumes, or a clothing allowance, but this is not usual.

Most clubs have dress makers that attend the club one or two nights a week, they supply already made outfits or they will make you whatever you want. Some clubs do have dresses or fantasy outfits that you can hire, if your new to the job/club. With regard to make-up, you normally supply your own...but some clubs do have contacts, usually a lady who works for a Cosmetics company, who will come in and show you how to 'wear' your make-up. They will charge for this though! So, best bet is to just watch the other girls. : )
