How does Kathy die in enders? and does Ian get to go and visit before she does? Does this mean Phil gets Ben back?

She dies in an off screen car crash. Ian doesnt see her before she dies but he brings the child back to Albert Square which is the lead up to a big row with Phil over the child when Phil returns

thats not all ,they all die in a bird flu epidemic,or maybe they should so we can have some decent programmes on the beeb instead of that shy-e.
