Just interested to know how the sinus in your foot incision is progressing and if anything has transpired.

good morning Sqad and thanks for asking.. my wound is now infected! I'm on antibiotics, but it looks quite bad and is getting more painful. I've managed to bring forward my hospital appt to tomorrow, so will update after that.

is it a sinus?

Thanks fo the feedback......if there is a stitch that is infected and retained, it could well be.

I'm of the opinion that there's a stitch in it, but have toyed with the idea of a stray scalpel, gauze, surgeon's glove, etc ;o)
