What activities do you like? My friend lost weight with Slimming World, but put it all and more on again after. It really is as simple as healthy diet, stop eating when you're full and as much activity as possible. I don't, of course, know about any medical conditions you might have. So sorry if I'm saying something inappropriate.
One of the financial whizz kids from WW was on the TV recently. He said they make most of their money from "returners". Of 100% joining WW only 16% keep the weight off. The other 84% return again and again and again!

I decided to enrole sat mornings and intended to take my granddaughter (babysitting duties) but it was January and I don't have a car so you can guess the rest
I have not heard of the NHS plan but might have a little look at that
Thing is I eat quite healthily mostly veggie but don't take too much excersise - well any really so that's the thing I should concentrate on I guess
