I was just reading an article about Chinese babies in the DM and it made me think. There is something about them that makes them look extra sweet and I don't know what it is.
When I am in Spain, sitting at a sidewalk café I see so many parents go by with their babies in push chairs and nobody gives the babies a second glance but let the Chinese café owner take his baby boy for a walk and he can't get more than 2 steps away before he is bombarded by people admiring the little boy and this would include me (admiring at a distance)
Babies don't really do it for me in a broodie *** coo sense although I have no aversion to parental matters (nappies, feeding etc), but by and large they do all look the same. Children only get interesting to me when they can walk, engage in conversation (however basic they need to be to drop to my level) and laugh at my jokes.
good question, people mostly find babies cute because of big Bambi eyes (I think eyes are full size at birth), but this is less noticeable with Chinese babies. It may be just because they look different.
I have a friend who took her daughter to China when she was a toddler. She (toddler) is blonde with blue eyes and they used to get mobbed and treated like film stars because of the baby.
Woof....same used to happen with my son. I took him to Disneyland Paris and he used to get mobbed. One time he was crawling in the hotel foyer and within minutes he was surrounded by women in Burkas. We had, I assumed, Japanese, people asking could they take his picture....
Men are subconsciously attracted to women with baby eyes because it triggers some sort of protective instinct. Men are drawn to them in the way that a father is drawn to a baby. Although that doesn't really explain why they want to have sex with them. The logic breaks down a bit there.
