Sorry to be so long answering.
I bought mine from the local Pharmacy about two years ago although I don't know if the E.U. have had their sticky fingers in the rules and regulations.
The pharmacy asked what it was for and ordered it specially for me.
Still got some left if you're interested and can't obtain any elsewhere.

Dee, google for BORAX, Plenty for sale on-line.

Also BORIC ACID POWDER is available which is what I used to buy years ago.

many thanks for the replies , Wak I will order on the net today, so far the itch has not come back but better to be safe then sorry, thanks for the help, I wondered why two pharmacies said no.
