Does anyone have any hints about how to search a question so as not to look stupid when people say "Already answered?" When looking up my last one, I entered simply "Guardian," and only one previous question on the crossword came up. Now when I enter it, though, I find two other people have asked the identical question before me.

enter the entire question in the search box, never be put off if people say 'answered before'

Mamalynne, thanks for your advice to thicken my skin. But I am still mystified that the same search produces different results each time one tries it. There has got to be a better way. RB.

I google question/answerbank.
But I know most of the answers anyway. ;)
